Since our establishment in 1965 the use and control of water has been both a key part of our business and our inspiration.
We pioneered the use of modern irrigation methods in India working with governments to evolve schemes to make sprinkler and drip irrigation available to farmers and thereafter popularising them through extensive demonstration and extension activities. Our early association with tea and coffee plantations led to large-scale use of our sprinkler systems. Today farmers and planters look to us for advice, service and equipment that have stood the test of time. Our products and systems are exported to many discerning markets. PREMIER IRRIGATION® is our irrigation business.
PREMIER FOUNTAINS™ was started in 1989 as a diversification using our expertise in handling water and our dedicated manufacturing facilities. We pioneered the concept of complete factory made fountains that could be quickly delivered and installed with minimum of site work. From relatively simple fountains we have expanded to be a world leader in musical, multimedia and other dynamic fountains. Our software engineers have written exclusive programmes for choreographing water and light, making them do amazing things in conjunction with the systems, controls and valves our engineers have designed. Our artists and musicians contribute the essential creativity that makes our projects unique and works of art appreciated around the world.
Our most recent business unit PREMIER FUNTECH™ started in 1999 as a result of our having engineering and manufacturing facilities that matched what our marketing had identified, through serving the entertainment and tourism industries, as a need for sophisticated fun rides. The result was our introducing the first ride simulators in India. Our product line includes a range of capsule and theatre simulators with customisation to produce virtual experiences and dark rides. Our creative team designs and themes projects and makes the computer generated films. The quality, creativity and competitiveness of our simulators have made them a popular buy for operators in many countries.
There are two manufacturing units:

Technology and metal based engineering and manufacturing including in-house software and hardware development and production of electronic and electrical systems and controls, machine shop, aluminium and stainless steel welding and fabrication, steel structure and sheet metal fabrication, fountains, valves, pumps and pumpsets, capsule and theatre motion bases and SFX, along with testing, assembly and fitting out.
Nagpur
Polymer based manufacturing including in-house pipe and tubing extrusion in HDPE, PE and PVC, tubing with integral emitters, injection moulding in commodity and engineering polymers, welding and fabrication of HDPE pipes and fittings, mould tool room, FRP moulding, FRP mould making.
